The work included:

  • Removal of internal walls and suspended ceiling
  • Excavation to foul drainage trench from existing external manhole
  • Installation of new pipework and intermediate manholes/internal drains.
  • Installation of new lighting
  • Construction of sound-deadening partitions
  • Construction of new partitions with solid concrete blockwork and stud partitions
  • New water supply and Megaflow tank
  • Installation of new lavatories, basins, vanity units and urinals
  • Ceramic wall tiling
  • Altering and adapting air flow and ventilation
  • Installation of new floor coverings
